Hello, I’m Silvia.

I’m a dental hygienist. I’ll take the time to explain everything, and we’ll probably have a laugh too.

Seeing patients in Battersea, Chelmsford, Greenwich, Harrow and Wickford.

What happens at a visit

Nervous? That’s completely normal. Here’s how a visit goes, so there are no surprises.

  1. The check

I start by looking at the whole of your mouth: gums, tongue and cheeks. That includes a soft-tissue check for early signs of oral cancer, with referral where needed.

I explain what I'm doing as I go, and I tell you what I find in plain English.

  2. The clean

Then we get those gums happy. I remove the build-up that brushing can't reach and polish your teeth until they feel smooth.

If anything feels uncomfortable, say so and we'll pause.

  3. The advice

Healthy gums, happy chats. I'll show you what works for your mouth, in small habits that fit your day. It's never too late to start flossing.

Brush for two minutes, twice a day. Your gums will thank you.

See you soon.

Tell me a little about what you need and I’ll get back to you.
